Mallory Delaporte-Bernues

Engineering Manager and Distribution Networks, TV5Monde
Mallory Delaporte-Bernues has been with TV5MONDE for 19 years. She has lived from the inside the natural growth from linear/analog technologies through digital/non linear and now IT driven broadcast infrastructures. The importance of bringing technological change in symbiosis with the very diverse professions' needs and uses is a key pattern to her engineering approach. With on one side a growing need to be everywhere and gather everything instantaneously, and on the other the very real threat of being targetted in a ravenous dark cyber world, broadcast engineering has now risen, to her, to a new reality one must face. And the challenge is taken seriously.
