Lisa Opie

Until November 2025, Lisa Opie was Managing Director of Ubisoft Reflections and Ubisoft Leamington, two of the UK’s top game development studios in production on a major new title and contributing to global hits across Ubisoft’s network. Ubisoft is the creator of some of the sectors most successful titles including Assassin's Creed and Rainbow 6 Siege. Lisa is Chair of ScreenSkills, Chair of Ravensbourne University, Chair of Together TV, and a Director of Micro:bit.org.

Previously, she was Managing Director of Production for BBC Studios, overseeing more than 1,300 hours of acclaimed content, including Top Gear, Doctor Who, Planet Earth, Strictly Come Dancing, and Good Omens. As Managing Director of BBC Studios Factual, she guided its transition into a thriving commercial business, securing international commissions for platforms such as Netflix, Apple TV+, and Spotify.

Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Channel 5, Twofour Digital, and Flextech Television. She began her career in the theatre.
