LEKSHMY SASIDHARAN is a Consulting Partner and AI Strategy & Transformation Leader in the Communications, Media & Information Services CTO organization at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). With more than two decades of experience advising and consulting for global enterprises, she brings together business strategy, technology and transformation to help organizations navigate change and drive new growth. Her career spans multiple industries and geographies, encompassing business and AI strategy, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, ecosystem strategy, innovation and industry advisory.

Her current focus is helping Media & Entertainment organizations navigate transformation, unlock new avenues for growth and respond to evolving customer and industry priorities. She shapes AI strategies, builds next-generation industry offerings and contributes thought leadership across emerging M&E contexts such as AI-native media services, creative production, intelligent content curation, AI for live media, agentic orchestration, personalized audience engagement and Responsible AI.
