Ksenija is a seasoned marketing and brand professional with 10+ years of experience building integrated campaigns, developing media partnerships, and delivering innovative marketing initiatives for international tech and online businesses. She brings additional depth from 20+ years in TV and film production, blending creative storytelling with strategic, results-driven marketing leadership.

Ksenija began her career as a TV Director and Executive Producer at Lithuania’s independent television channel, leading prime-time and live programming. Produced hundreds of TV campaigns for banking, telecommunications, FMCG, and public-sector clients, while also delivering independent film projects. Transitioning into marketing in 2014 as an Account Manager at HAVAS Group, she then led brand management for IKEA Baltics from 2016. Since 2021, Ksenija has served as Non-Standard Media Partnerships and Innovations Lead at Vinted, driving innovative media approaches and partnership-led growth across multiple European markets.
