Kristan Bullett is CEO and co-founder of Humans Not Robots (HNR), a software provider that helps organisations see, understand and improve the cost, carbon, impact and value of their technology and AI operations. With over 20 years' experience in media technology, Kristan has worked with organisations like the BBC, Disney, Sky and Channel 4, driving innovation in streaming and digital delivery.

At HNR, he leads a clear mission: help data-heavy businesses measure what their technology is really costing, consuming and delivering, then improve all three. His approach is straightforward: give finance, engineering and sustainability teams one honest view they can actually act on, with people, not machines, at the centre of every decision.

Kristan co-founded ECOFLOW, the IBC Accelerator initiative that brought broadcasters, industry bodies, and technology vendors together to measure and reduce the environmental impact of streaming. Now operating as an ongoing project under Ecoflow X, its Steering Group is focused on making the invisible visible, turning complex supply chain data into clarity and action across the industry.
