Kevin Shatzkamer

Kevin Shatzkamer is a Corporate Vice President at Microsoft Frontier Company, leading the Telco and Media industry engineering verticals. With more than 20 years of experience driving AI, digital transformation, and technology innovation, he partners with customers to design and scale enterprise AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Prior to Microsoft Frontier Company, he led Strategy and Operations for Microsoft's Customer Experience & Success organization.
Before joining Microsoft, Kevin held senior leadership roles at Google Cloud (MD, GenAI Incubation and Cx Transformation), Dell Technologies (VP, Service Provider Solutions), Brocade (CTO, Service Provider), and Cisco Systems (Distinguished Eng), where he focused on AI engineering, digital transformation, service provider solutions, and technology validation.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Florida, an MBA from Indiana University, and a Master of Engineering from MIT. He is the inventor of more than 50 issued patents and has authored two technology books.
Kevin is a regular speaker at trade shows and industry forums and has published numerous blogs and whitepapers, along with two books. Kevin is also active on a number of Public For-Profit Boards.
