Katrina Kowalski

Katrina Kowalski is Senior Vice President, International Content Programming and Acquisitions for Pluto TV at Paramount. Leading an international team, she is responsible for the FAST service's content strategy, programming and content partnerships in all markets outside of the US.

Previously, Katrina served as Vice President of Content for Pluto TV and Paramount+ in Canada. In this role, she was instrumental to the strategic expansion of both platforms in the Canadian market, and responsible for all Pluto TV and Parmount+ content decisions in the region, including original programming and acquisitions.

For over two decades Katrina has broadened the television landscape in Canada, tapping into her expertise as a chief programming authority and digital strategist, to lead high performing teams through comprehensive, multi-million dollar content launches across linear and digital platforms. With a strong passion for leadership and bringing audiences the best content possible, Katrina is constantly adapting to the ever-evolving entertainment and media landscape.

In recognition of her remarkable contributions to the Canadian entertainment industry, Katrina was named to The Hollywood Reporter’s 2024 Canadian Women in Entertainment Power list. The publication highlighted her role in the Canadian launch of Pluto TV, which was the platform’s most ambitious international rollout to date, with more than 100 channels and 20K hours of content.

Katrina joined Paramount in November 2021 as Senior Director, Content Programming and Strategy, and was elevated to Vice President in June 2022. She holds previous experience with Bell Media, where she ultimately served as Director of Programming and Digital Content following over 20 years in several key roles with the company across programming, research and benefits.
