Josh Seeley is Associate Director at 5V Video, a community-led talent consultancy specialising in engineering recruitment across broadcast, streaming, OTT and Connected TV. With over five years embedded in the global media technology industry, Josh has partnered with some of the world's leading video platforms and broadcasters - helping scale engineering teams across RDK, cloud video infrastructure, and streaming platforms across the UK, Europe and the US.
Beyond recruitment, Josh is Co-Founder of The Media & Entertainment Mixer, a growing event series connecting engineers, broadcasters, vendors and technology leaders across Europe, with events in Bristol, London, Lisbon and Amsterdam. He is also a driving force behind Playback Pioneers, 5V Video's annual industry report celebrating the people shaping the future of video.  Josh is a committed advocate for inclusion in the streaming industry - championing diverse hiring practices, supporting women into technical roles, and ensuring that the communities and stages he helps build reflect the full diversity of the industry.
