Heidi Blake is BuzzFeed's UK Investigations Editor leading a team of four reporters in London and was previously Assistant Editor of The Sunday Times, attached to the Insight investigations team. She uncovered the "Tennis Racket" match-fixing scandal which rocked the 2016 Australian Open and her previous work on the Fifa Files — a cache of hundreds of millions of leaked documents from inside world football — helped bring down Sepp Blatter. She is the co-author of The Ugly Game, a devastating account of the Qatari plot to buy the rights to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Heidi's scoops have made waves around the world and she has won 14 national media awards including Scoop of the Year, Investigation of the Year and the Paul Foot Award for Campaigning and Investigative Journalism.
