Gérald Sauvageon is Head of Publishing, Broadcast & Entertainment in Google's Global Partnerships team in France, responsible for existing relationships and new business in the News/Media, Entertainment and TV publishing space.  Gerald has worked for 20 years working within digital and interactive media industry. His focus recently has been working on Dynamic Ad Insertion on OTT for the Rugby World Cup and Euro 2016 Football with TF1 and M6 and on enabling Programmatic/Addressable TV for Broadcasters and Telcos through Set-top-box/IPTV monetization on Linear TV and SVOD - Other areas of work are Data/Cloud and Machine Learning on specific broadcaster needs such as improving user experience with content recommendation, ad load pressure and digital content distribution and programming.  During his 9 years at Google, Gérald has held a variety of roles across Agencies, Advertisers, Broadcast, News Publishing and Entertainment, working on products as diverse as DoubleClick for Agencies, DoubleClick for Publishers, Analytics, RichMedia, Search and YouTube. Prior to Google, he spent 5 years at DoubleClick Inc developing Search, Email, Analytics and MRM EMEA business and 3 years in a 3D Web/Digital startup as founder.
