Frans Biesheuvel has more than 25 years of experience in the cable and telecommunications industry. In VodafoneZiggo and its predecessors, he has held roles spanning network engineering, design and architecture, with a focus on DOCSIS, HFC, FTTH, network analytics, and service assurance. As Co-founder and CTO of QDXray, he leads the development of AI-driven analytics, digital twin, and automated root-cause analysis solutions that help broadband operators improve network performance and customer experience.
