Fran Hale

Fran Hale is Acting Head of Sales, UK & EMEA at Little Dot Studios, where she leads the direct advertising business for Little Dot Studios and its partners (across the largest combined premium broadcast, entertainment, sport, documentary, kids and music inventory on YouTube and CTV). Since joining Little Dot Studios in 2024, she has delivered a 30% increase in direct ad sales revenue within her first five months and helped transition major advertising clients such as Apple, Heineken, and Samsung into the Little Dot Studios portfolio.

Previously, Fran was VP Sales, EMEA at Warner Music Group, where she launched and scaled the WMX Media & Creative Content division internationally, achieving triple-digit revenue growth and expanding into six new markets. Her earlier roles span leadership positions at Brave Bison, Vevo, and Myspace, where she consistently drove commercial transformation and forged high-impact brand partnerships.

Fran is also a regular speaker at industry events, having presented at MAD//Fest 2023 and delivered WMX-focused talks across EMEA markets. She has contributed to Diversity & Inclusion panels for the IAA and the UK Creative Festival.

Widely recognised for her strategic vision, persuasive communication, and deep expertise in digital media, Fran is a dynamic commercial leader within the evolving media landscape. She is also rather partial to a tattoo or two.
