Felix Poulin

Félix Poulin is Director of Global Collaborations at the CBC/Radio-Canada Innovation Hub, where he leads international partnerships and technology initiatives that advance innovation across the media industry. A recognized leader in media-over-IP and open standards, Félix has played a pivotal role in the adoption of SMPTE ST 2110, NMOS, and software-defined media infrastructures. He serves in leadership positions with AMWA, the EBU Dynamic Media Facility (DMF), and the Media eXchange Layer (MXL) project, and is a SMPTE Fellow known for fostering collaboration and driving the future of broadcast technology.
