Felipe Correia da Silva Bittencourt

Felipe Correia runs Globo's fictional entertainment technology department, being head of all technical operations of the fictional productions. Over the last year he oversaw the implementation of Globo’s new virtual production studio, the biggest in Latin America, and has been actively involved in studying the impacts of GEN AI on content production.
Starting his career in the engineering projects department in Globo, Felipe participated in important broadcast milestones such as the transition to HDTV, the implementation of IP-based infrastructure and the rise of UHD, HDR, Atmos immersive sound technology, etc. With over 17 years of broadcast experience, he managed different Globo departments, for example special effects, live and event operations, and reality shows.
