Born in 1971, Fabrice Mollier graduated MBA at ESSEC Business School (Paris). After working 2 years in Spain as a Consultant, he joined the TF1 Group in 1994, in the home-shopping sector, as international Development Manager, then Home-shopping channel director and Research and Development Director. 2002-2006: CEO of TF1 Games, the board game subsidiary, developing licensed product lines and retail. In 2006, he became Marketing and Research Director of TF1, focusing on research, new formats evaluation and program scouting, and channels positioning. Between 2011 and 2013, Fabrice was named Chairman of Thematic Channels (Series and Documentary) and launched TF1's new DTT channel HD1 in 2012. Fabrice joined TF1 Publicité, Leading sales house in France, as Deputy General Manager Marketing-Strategy-& Innovation in 2013, and launched “One Data”, a data-centric strategy based on Consumer targeting and data modelling. He is now President of TF1 Distribution, subsidiary of the TF1 Group, managing relationships with distributors (telco, cable…) on channels, services and cooperation projects in France and abroad. He has been elected President of EGTA in June 2017. EGTA is the Trade Association of European TV and radio sales houses, with 140 members in over 40 countries.
