Elena Petrova is a senior international business executive with 20 years of experience across media, telecommunications and technology, with a strong focus on business development, strategic partnerships, innovation and international growth.
She is Head of Group Content, Broadcasting & Media Solutions at A1 International Business, leading international content partnerships and the development and commercialisation of media and broadcasting solutions worldwide. Throughout her career at A1, Elena has driven new business opportunities, innovative solutions and strategic partnerships with leading global media and technology companies.

Elena is also Co-Founder of HerBizz International, a global executive network connecting senior leaders, entrepreneurs and industry experts. HerBizz focuses on executive development, strategic leadership and innovation across AI, media, technology and longevity, through executive education, strategic networking, executive search and cross-industry collaboration.

Elena is a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, home of the International Emmy® Awards, and holds a double Global Executive MBA from WU Vienna and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
