Dave Lucia is Chief Technology Officer at Device.io (TV Labs Ltd), where he leads the engineering team behind Everdemo - a platform that gives streaming and media companies instant, browser-based access to real consumer TV devices for development, testing and QA. Dave works daily with broadcasters, streaming platforms and device makers on one of the industry's most persistent problems: shipping reliable streaming apps across a deeply fragmented landscape of TV models, operating systems and chipsets. Before Device.io, he spent his career building developer tools and large-scale software platforms, and he brings a hands-on engineering perspective to how modern streaming teams test on real hardware rather than emulators.
