Dana Filip-Crandall is EVP and Chief Operating Officer, for Sky DACH. In this role she is responsible for the Content, IT, Product delivery and Customer Service Operations for the leading content business across the DACH region. This business is 3B euro in revenue with 5M Aggregation and Streaming customers. 

Dana has more than 30 years of experience in executive management and global operations. Prior to joining Sky, she was SVP Customer Experience and Operations for the West Division of Comcast.  In this role she transformed the customer experience by leading dramatic improvement in NPS for this $8B and 10M subscriber business. In the previous assignment she lived abroad and worked as Managing Director and Chief Information Officer of British Telecom (BT). In this role she oversaw software development and management of the network and information technology infrastructure that supported UK and global services for customers generating 20B sterling in revenues.
