Chris Pulis

Chris Pulis is Chief Technology Officer of the Globecast Group, where he leads the company’s transformation into an IP-first, cloud-native provider of broadcast technology and managed services for live sports, OTT platforms, and content distribution. He oversees global Engineering, Operations, IT, Security, and Facilities, aligning technology investments, business strategy, and operational excellence.

Under his leadership, Globecast has moved from a traditional teleport business to a streamlined managed-services organization, shifted from Capex to Opex economics, and relocated the company's primary facilities to modern IP-based technology centers in order to advance major cloud and AI initiatives. Prior to Globecast he held senior roles at ESPN and Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, where he drove high-reliability operations, significant tech refresh programs, and the evolution of security compliance from physical media to digital formats. He holds patents in content security devices and control systems and a master’s degree from the University of Montana.
