He also runs assignments for clients in broadcasting and publishing, with a particular emphasis on digital transformation, helping his clients both to develop new services and improve the effectiveness of their operations. He is a career consultant, who has focused exclusively with media organisations since joining the BBC consulting's practice in 2000 and has he worked with companies worldwide, especially across Europe and the Americas. He is recognised industry specialist who regularly chairs and speaks at conferences and events, particularly in broadcasting, and he has a keen interest in understanding audience behaviour and separating fact from fiction when looking at how are people are consuming media.
