Carol Bettencourt is a senior leader and broadcast technology expert with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as VP for marketing at Chyron, a legendary name in live video production including graphics, data display, virtual sets, sports analysis, news production and more. Her career highlights include building value through product development, demand generation, strategic acquisitions, and extensive technical training and systems integrations globally across companies like Avid Technology, Compix Media, and Ross Video. Personally, Carol is an entrepreneur who previously launched and grew four ballet and dance training studios. She is a proud mother of two daughters, with one she is proud to support in her journey to becoming a trans woman, who is studying gender and equity sociology, and the other who is in a managerial role at Lululemon.
