Carlos J. Ramírez Suárez is Founder & AI Lead of Ramblox, an AI engineering studio at the Bradfield Centre, Cambridge Science Park. He leads ClipCraft - the system of record for AI-generated video, where every operation is logged, EU AI Act Article 50 labels are applied only where the law requires, and outputs are signed with C2PA Content Credentials - and Ramblox Agents, agentic media workflows that keep publication under human control. The same thesis runs through his research: At the University of Edinburgh found that 37.7% of claims in fluent, data-grounded AI reports were unsupported on verification. With fellow University of Cambridge PACE alumni he co-founded the Open Clinical Intelligence Lab, whose NICE-originated clinical coding pipeline runs live at clinicalcodes.uk.
