Cédric Hardouin

Cédric Hardouin is Senior Vice President of CDN & Edge at Orange Wholesale, where he leads Orange's global Content Delivery Network (CDN) and Edge Computing business.

He is responsible for developing and expanding one of Europe's largest telecom-operated CDN platforms, helping broadcasters, OTT platforms, enterprises and content providers deliver high-quality digital experiences across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. With extensive experience in telecommunications, cloud networking and content delivery, Cédric focuses on building resilient, low-latency and secure infrastructure for large-scale live streaming, video delivery and digital services. Under his leadership, Orange has strengthened its sovereign CDN strategy by introducing AI-enhanced security capabilities, expanding Edge services and growing its presence in high-growth international markets.
