Bertrand Darnault

Engineering Manager, Video, Hulu
United Kingdom
I've been working in the media and entertainment industry for over 10 years. I started in 2004 with a French company (SmartJog) who pioneered secure content delivery from US studios and post housers to International locations. The appliance-based solution evolved into a full transcoding and packaging solution, which was my first step in the World of video. I've been working at Hulu for 3 years and manage the engineering team who runs the end-to-end video pipeline: ingest/storage, transcoding/packaging and delivery/playback.
