Bekhan Batalov

Bekhan Batalov is the Director of Content Protection EMEA at the Motion Picture Association (MPA), based in Brussels. He oversees investigations, enforcement operations, incident response, and partnerships with law enforcement, industry stakeholders, and international organizations. Over the past five years, Bekhan has led and supported numerous investigations into digital piracy networks, illicit content distribution, and emerging online threats. Before moving into management, he worked as a Technical Investigator, developing expertise in digital forensics, technical attribution, and anti-piracy technologies. Bekhan is fluent in English, French, and Russian.
