Anthony Guarino

Tony has over 25 years of managerial experience in the entertainment industry leading various technical & studio operations, finance, and business development activities at Paramount and Technicolor. Most recently, in 2022, he spearheaded the launch a global production technology innovation effort across Paramount Global to foster collaboration between production groups at the Company to focus on shared technology opportunities and pain points. Tony also oversees global content security, studio operations technology and technical services. Prior to 2022, Tony led Worldwide Technical Operations for Paramount Pictures which included content security, mastering, archive, on-lot post-production services, global content distribution, and workflow automation activities. Prior to that he was the divisional CFO for Paramount’s Studio Group which includes technical operations, production services, and facility operations. Tony’s business development accomplishments in this role also include development of the Studio Master Plan, long range alternative energy plan and development of a world-class sound services post-production facility on the lot. Prior to Paramount, Tony held similar roles at Technicolor in cinema distribution, digital cinema, post-production services, and network operations, including leading several startups and acquisitions instrumental at the time to the Company’s migration into digital based services.
