Ana Eliza Faria e Silva
Ana Eliza is a senior regulatory manager for Globo’s strategy and technology area. In nearly 25 years of her career of experience leading global initiatives in digital broadcasting, spectrum strategy, and telecommunications regulation. Proven track record in shaping national standards and influencing international frameworks through leadership roles at Globo, the SBTVD Forum, ITU-R, and CITEL. Combines deep technical expertise in video compression, RF systems, and convergence technologies with high-level strategic engagement across industry, government, and multilateral organizations. Recognized for bridging stakeholder priorities through collaborative leadership, multicultural fluency, and an innovative mindset, she has already led numerous innovative projects for digital content distribution and played a prominent role in the various stages of the analogue-digital transition for Globo and the sector. Graduated in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP, she has a Masters in Telecommunications and an MBA in Management.
