Amy Woltemath

Amy leads the People teams for Sky Deutschland including Talent Acquisition, People Partnering and People Operations.   She’s been with Sky for 11 years, first leading the Talent Acquisition function for Sky UK in London before moving to Germany in 2018 to drive and lead the people changes as part of a major organisational and cultural transformation.   She has extensive experience working internationally for international executive search firms both in the US and in Europe and is passionate about the difference people make to an organisation.
