Amy is a freelance assessment consultant with over 20 years' experience in the development of qualifications and assessments. She has recently been working on the development of the Strive to Rise programme which aims to help organisations to work towards a gender balanced workforce within the broadcast media and entertainment technology industry, specifically within the areas of engineering, technical operations, sales, marketing and business.
