Allan McLennan

Allan brings to the table over three decades of proven and evolved business management and creative leadership across the global media and entertainment landscape. His work has placed him in the Fortune 500 where he has deployed offerings on five continents and in 17 countries providing services to over a billion households and devices through technology providers, studios, broadcasters & advertisers worldwide (i.e., Ericsson, Microsoft, Siemens, Disney, Spielberg/Amblin, APPLE, COMCAST, Deluxe, SONY, NBCU, Dreamworks, AMAZON Studios, BBC, SKY, ProSiebensat, Globecast, Disney, Rai etal) and more. This experience has placed Allan in leadership positions i.e. President of a thirty-year-old Burbank/Hollywood Post Production/Localization studio - 2G Digital Post; North American Head of M&E w/110k employee global SI (Paris/Atos); Founding president Data leader (NASDAQ: RENT); EVP Television platform technology (NetTV); co-creator of one of the first global streaming services (Media Station); co-founder of 3D multiuser worlds working with Steven Spielberg along with co-producer of an Emmy submitted television series produced which was entirely shot on mobile phones and exclusively aired on the US SUNDANCE channel. This is all in addition to recognizing a need and relationship network, founding the PADEM Media Group, and leading it for nineteen years as a global business, technology consulting/analyst, and GTM expertise.

He holds an MBA in International Strategy (team/behavioral economics); extensive global speaker on media ecology; a guest lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business; his book Authority which he co-authored, rose to the position of #4 on the WSJ Best sellers list on being and becoming an “Authority; co-creator of five foundational patents for targeted advertising/personalization, as well as five additional patents on educational learning. He is a contributing member of industry-leading organizations such as SMPTE, ATAS, HPA & PGA and sits on the media BOD of IET (Institute of Engineering & Technology, London) & Board of trustees of CEI (Center of Education Innovation, NYC).
