Tickets can be booked via the Air France or KLM websites using the unique Event ID GME60795AF at checkout. The offer is valid for travel between 4 - 21 September 2026 and must be booked on a EUR currency site to benefit from the Global Meetings & Events discount.

Getting to Amsterdam
Eurostar
Eurostar has resumed direct services from Amsterdam to London, following the completion of a new state-of-the-art terminal at Amsterdam Centraal station.
Eurostar operates up to five daily, direct high-speed return services between London St Pancras International and Amsterdam Centraal with each service taking approximately 3 hours and 52 minutes.

Update on transportation services for IBC2026
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of live events, IBC will no longer provide complimentary airport shuttle services for IBC2026.
We encourage all attendees and exhibitors to make use of Amsterdam’s excellent GVB public transport network, including the complimentary 4-day GVB travel pass that will be available for use during the IBC2026 show dates. The GVB travel pass allows unlimited travel on the GVB network, which includes trams, buses, and metro services within Amsterdam. Please note that the GVB pass does not cover train travel to or from Schiphol Airport.

Getting around Amsterdam
Tram, Metro & Bus
If you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, you can take Metro 52, the underground connection linking the district of Amsterdam North to the Amsterdam Zuid railway station. This line provides the fastest direct connection from Amsterdam Centraal Station to the RAI (alight at Europaplein station). You can also take Tram 4 from Amsterdam Centraal Station and alight at Europaplein.
From Amsterdam Zuid or Amstel Station, you can reach the RAI by Metro 51 (alight at Amsterdam RAI station) or by Bus line 62 (alight at Europaplein) or 65 (alight at Scheldeplein). Metro 50, which runs between Amsterdam Sloterdijk and Gein, also stops at the Amsterdam RAI station.
Train
The Amsterdam RAI railway station is located a stone's throw from the RAI and has regular connections to all parts of the Netherlands, like Schiphol airport, Rotterdam, Utrecht, the Hague and is also linked to the international train network. Simply follow the signs to RAI Amsterdam when you leave the station. You can plan your journey and purchase train tickets by clicking below.
Taxi
TCA taxis are available to and from the RAI and throughout the city of Amsterdam. A typical taxi journey from the RAI into the Amsterdam city centre should cost around €20.00. Parking
There is ample parking at the RAI Amsterdam including 30 electric charging stations.
Visitors can purchase a one day parking ticket from the vending machines. You can also purchase your parking ticket in advance. This way, you are assured a parking space, and, having paid already, can easily enter and exit the parking garage.
Accommodation
IBC work with RAI Hotel Services, our official housing agent, to offer hotel accommodation for IBC attendees and exhibitors at special event rates. This ensures you can choose from a range of hotels to suit your preferences. RAI Hotel Services has secured discounted event rates with many hotels for IBC 2026.
