Air France & KLM

Eurostar

Please be advised that due to renovation works at Amsterdam Centraal station, there will be a reduced Eurostar train service  from London to Amsterdam from June 2024 until early 2025

Passengers will still be able to take a direct Eurostar train from London St Pancras International to Amsterdam Centraal. 

Passengers returning from Amsterdam to London will have to change at Brussels Midi where security and passport checks will take place. Eurostar advises that the time allowed to make this connection will be between 49mins and 1h 48mins.

Getting around Amsterdam

Tram, Metro & Bus

If you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, you can take Metro 52, the underground connection linking the district of Amsterdam North to the Amsterdam Zuid railway station. This line provides the fastest direct connection from Amsterdam Centraal Station to the RAI (alight at Europaplein station). You can also take Tram 4 from Amsterdam Centraal Station and alight at Europaplein.

From Amsterdam Zuid or Amstel Station, you can reach the RAI by Metro 51 (alight at Amsterdam RAI station) or by Bus line 62 (alight at Europaplein) or 65 (alight at Scheldeplein). Metro 50, which runs between Amsterdam Sloterdijk and Gein, also stops at the Amsterdam RAI station.

Train

The Amsterdam RAI railway station is located a stone's throw from the RAI and has regular connections to all parts of the Netherlands, like Schiphol airport, Rotterdam, Utrecht, the Hague and is also linked to the international train network. Simply follow the signs to RAI Amsterdam when you leave the station. Bike

Inexpensive, environmentally friendly, fun and most popular way to travel - Amsterdam is renowned for its abundant cyclists! Bikes are available for rent at most railway stations or at a bike dealers or rental agencies in town.

Taxi

TCA taxis are available to and from the RAI and throughout the city of Amsterdam. Parking

There is ample parking at the RAI Amsterdam including 30 electric charging stations. 

Visitors can purchase a one day parking ticket from the vending machines. You can also purchase your parking ticket in advance. This way, you are assured a parking space, and, having paid already, can easily enter and exit the parking garage.

Accommodation 

IBC work with the RAI Hotel Services, our official housing agent, to offer hotel accommodation for IBC2025 attendees and exhibitors at special event rates, and to ensure you are able to choose from a range of hotels to suit your preferences.
