OGraf – making broadcast graphics open and accessible

"OGraf is an open specification for HTML5 graphics developed by the EBU.
OGraf lets users design graphics with common web technologies and play them back on many different systems (OGraf compliant) —no matter who made them. Vendors can still compete and innovate, but everyone builds on the same open foundation. This means production teams can pick the best tools for their needs, and vendors can extend a graphic with vendor-specific functionality while still being compatible with the specification. The result is a more creative and flexible broadcast graphics environment for everyone."
