An exciting new addition to IBC this year, the Startup Forum will connect investors and media houses seeking high quality, innovative solutions with the startups and scaleups who create them.
Working in association with Media Honeypot we will pre-screen all startups and growth companies, facilitate meetings in our Deal Room and present a top quality seminar programme that will inspire and inform.
The startup event will happen on Sunday 17 September at IBC2017. It will be made up of four key elements:
- Deal room – attendees will have access to a pre-show matching making tool where they can find relevant companies and schedule meetings. Onsite facilitated meetings will be scheduled every 20-minutes in a speed-meeting style
- Networking – a multipurpose area for informal meetings and networking, with all-day refreshments and an evening reception
- Theatre – a full day of content including keynote speakers, partner and sponsor sessions and pitches
- Executive Dinner – a dinner the night before focused on bringing together high-level attendees, including partners and sponsors, in an informal setting to network before the main event
