As with other online services, user experience is key to the success of OTT video services.  A wide variety of innovative techniques and technologies are available to service providers who want to succeed in a market fragmented by screen size, resolution and device operating system, and where consumers expect to be able to switch their viewing between different screens.  Speakers will share insights on the importance of dynamic user experience design, single sign-on across apps and devices and the best approach to testing of apps during service design and development.
