Making sense of change in MediaTech

This session reflected on the key trends in MediaTech identified by IABM research with a panel of executives from the supply-side of the business.  In 2022, the outbreak of conflict has triggered some trends reminiscent of the past, including scarcity, inflation, and a reckoning for digital business models such as streaming. However, there are many reasons to believe that the future for the industry will be different from the past, as COVID-19 has reshaped the sector irreversibly towards digital.
The panel focused on the strategies adopted by MediaTech businesses to navigate through disruption and plan for an uncertain post-pandemic world. They spoke about a diverse range of topics ranging from scarcity to streaming maturity to make sense of the change happening in MediaTech.
