There have never been so many ways of conveying media to viewers. But which have the technological, practical and economic benefits to win out over the coming years? In this insightful look at the future direction of TV, we shall hear from world-experts who will explore the features of the most exciting emerging delivery channels.

The session will begin with a headline address from Dr Nishida of NHK, who chairs the ITU-R Study Group on the future of broadcasting. Followed with expert opinion on the impact from mobile, as we explore: the long-term convergence of DTT towards 5G and enhanced TV services using Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Services.
