Where and when is IBC?
IBC is held in Amsterdam every September at the RAI Exhibition and Congress Centre. The dates for IBC2018 are:
• IBC Conference 13 - 17 September 2017
• IBC Exhibition 14 - 18 September 2017

How do I register for a student pass?
To register as a student click here
You can then select the option for a student pass. You will need to provide IBC with information about your course, details of your school and valid student ID to verify your student status.

How do I apply for a Press pass?
To apply for a press pass please click here
All applicants for press accreditation have to verify their media status each year and IBC requires that you are reporting on or from the show to the wider global audience. Many broadcast organisations and government channels issue their employees with press cards. However, holding a press card does not automatically entitle the bearer to press accreditation for IBC2017. To check your eligibility please click here.
Once you have completed your online registration your eligibility will be verified and you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any queries please contact the Press Team at email@example.com.
I want to register at the show, where do I go?
To register for the IBC Conference onsite please go to the Forum Lounge from Wednesday 13 September at 14:00
To register as an Exhibition Visitor onsite please go to the Hall 13 Basement (Elicium) from Thursday 14 September at 14:00
If you are an Exhibitor you can register onsite in the Holland Entrance C from Thursday 07 September at 07:00
To apply for a Press pass please go to the Jade Lounge from Wednesday 13 September 14:00

I registered for IBC last year and my log in details no longer work
The password for your IBC registration account will need to be updated each year. Please use the Alumni Lookup on the welcome page to find your alumni record and to receive your unique alumni registration link.

Where can I find hotel and travel information?
Visit our 'Plan Your Trip' page for information on accommodation, travel, Venue information and more.
Information can also be found onsite at the Information points located in Holland Entrance C, Entrance F and Europa and at the RAI Hotel & Travel Service located in the Holland lounge.
Where can I collect my pass onsite?
To collect your badge please bring your Registration QR code or confirmation number with a valid form of identification. Please note your unique QR code can be scanned directly from a smart phone.
If you are a Conference Delegate please go to the Forum Lounge from Wednesday 13 September at 14:00 to print your badge.
If you are an Exhibition Visitor please go to Hall 14 from Thursday 14 September at 14:00 to print your badge.
If you are an Exhibitor please go to Holland Entrance C from Thursday 07 September at 07:00 to print your badge.
If you are a Press pass holder please go to the Jade Lounge from Wednesday 13 September at 14:00 to print your badge.

Please ensure you carry your personal identification (E.G. Passport, Driving Licence, ID Card) When collecting your badge from registration. Entry will not be permitted into the venue without a valid form of ID.
I do not have a QR code
Can a colleague collect my badge on my behalf?
If you hold a Conference Delegate or Exhibition Visitor pass you will need to collect your badge yourself. Valid proof of identification will be required to collect your badge onsite.
If you are an exhibitor you can collect you pre-booked collection from the ITN Office located in Hall 13 Basement. If you have not pre-booked a collection please speak to a hostess at the Exhibitor Registration Desks.
What are the benefits of each pass type?
All IBC badges are valid for the IBC Exhibition and all free content

How can I upgrade my pass?
To upgrade your pass you will need to log into Your Account using the username and password you created when you registered. Once logged in you can upgrade to your preferred pass. Please click here to be taken to the registration log in page.
Alternatively, please speak to hostess at one of the registration helpdesks onsite.
I need an invoice for my registration
I have registered and now I cannot attend, what can I do?
If you have completed your registration and can no longer attend the following cancellation terms apply to Bronze, Silver and Gold and Startup Forum passes:
• Day of booking until 4 August: 25% cancellation charge
• 5 August until 20 August: 50% cancellation charge
• 21 August onwards: 100% cancellation charge
You can cancel your order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to +44(0) 20 7832 4130 ensuring that you quote your name, address and your
registration confirmation/account number.
