The Next Gen Hub is a meeting place to be inspired for the next stage of your professional lives – featuring some of the biggest names in tech and broadcast, the hub will be a place to meet with industry leaders to get direct advice on shaping careers and to hear directly from entrepreneurs about how they developed their business ideas.
In addition, we have a fun program of interactive workshops which will look at issues such as diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and tips for finding a mentor.
Not only is the Next Gen Hub a fun place for students to meet, it’s also a comfortable lounge where you can hang out and meet prospective employers from around Europe.

Broadcast Academy is the proud partner of IBC, and together they promote training and build expertise of the broadcasting professionals around the world. Every year, the Broadcast Academy hosts a series of panel sessions and practical training sessions at the IBC to share experiences of working on major international sports events.
The Broadcast Academy and EVS in partnership with IBC has worked towards developing live production and operations skills of broadcasting professionals with focus on bringing new talent into the industry and encouraging more women in the field of sports production.
