The team have negotiated as flexible deadlines as possible with the IBC supply chain. All deadlines can be reviewed in the  IBC2021 Exhibitor Manual

For guaranteed delivery please order at least 28 days before the event (4 November 2021). Ordering is possible up to and during the show days (based on availability).

Payment: 14 working days before 1st build-up day of the event.

Cancellation: 14 working days before 1st build-up day without penalty; pre-paid deposits will be returned in full.

A special 10% discount will apply on all orders (excluding electricity) placed through the RAI Exhibitor Services - discount will be applied to final bill / invoice.

What are the terms and conditions for my hotel booked through the IBC Booking Portal?

If you have booked your hotel through our official housing agent RAI Hotel Services, they are already aware of the date changes to IBC2021. Here are their terms:

Individual Conditions:
Up to 2 business days prior to the arrival date – No penalty
Within 2 business days prior to the arrival date – 100% penalty

Group Conditions (10+ rooms):
Up to 1 month before the first arrival date - No penalty 
60% of total cancelled reservation value - 1 month before the first arrival date
85% of total cancelled reservation value - 2 weeks before the first arrival date
100% of total cancelled reservation value - 1 week before the first arrival date

If you have made your hotel booking for IBC2021 through a third party (not via the IBC official booking portal), please liaise with the the party you used directly to amend your booking.  

Is it possible to rebook a previously cancelled stand?

The stand space may still be vacant. The available stands list can be viewed here. Please do have a look through the floorplans and get in touch with the Account Management team to secure your space. Please note that stand space from the available stands list is subject to change and bookable on a first come first served basis.

Will there be any changes to the stand build and stand design regulations in line with Covid rules?

The health and safety of our attendees remains to our top priority. We do not expect there to be any major changes to our current stand build rules and regulations. We advise and encourage you to please plan your stand designs in accordance with the current rules and guidelines as per the IBC2021 Safe Exhibiting Protocols
